We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it's packaging are returned to Vivid Data Group LLC within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition.

Every order from Vivid Data Group LLC is checked to make sure it meets the highest quality standard prior to shipping. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order or feel your order was faulty in any way, please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to determine why you were unsatisfied or why your order was faulty, and generate a reference number for you to include when returning your order to us.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.
Once we receive your returned order, complete with the original order contents and packaging, you may choose from the following:
- Have a new, replacement order sent to you the same day.
- Have your original payment method refunded the full purchase amount.
If you have would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please email email@example.com stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item.
If you would like a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by Vivid Data Group LLC in the original condition.

If your order is damaged or goods are faulty, please email email@example.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Pre-paid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.
